LDPE is more elastic than HDPE,so wide-mouth LDPE reagent bottle is suitable for those who need to squeeze the chemical compound out of the container. LDPE bottles are also more translucent and much less rigid than HDPE plastic. LDPE uses few catalysts than HDPE and is also more suitable for holding reagents that are sensitive to polymerization catalysts.While they are less resistant to chemical contents and like HDPE, they are not autoclavable.
